MARCH TRACK SERIES:
Thursday Track

Welcome to your month of focus.

For four days, we're hyper-focusing on your business. Each day highlights important factors of being a creative, being an entrepreneur and being a woman.

Each track focuses on a core group of women. This allows us to engage and commit to one another over the course of one month. Each day in your track will allow for us to speak with you 1-on-1 and as a group. We are women, we give a sh*t about one another's success. Show up + hustle + let's make magic happen.

Please note: You can not attend only one day. This Track Series is specifically to engage from beginning to end. Your commitment is important.

In order to maintain our mission, we will be closing tracks for purchase by March 6th.

if you want to be in attendance, you must purchase before march 6th. we will not be allowing purchase after march 6, 2017; whomever is in each track will be locked.

TALK: Dispel Anxiety About Mental Health

led by Founder of The Know Collective, Genevieve Fish + Founders, Rachel + Sarah of The Wellness Project NYC

We invite you to stay and join in on the conversation. This event comes complimentary to your Track pass.

Running a business, managing your life, being a human, we can forget to talk care of ourselves, take care of our needs to function, breathe and live. We can tend to ignore signs of a mental health deterioration because of shame, ignorance or a miscommunication of what is transpiring. NNot only that, but there is a huge gender bias when it comes to mental health. While 1 in 5 Americans experiences a mental health disorder every year, women are diagnosed with depression and other anxiety related disorders at twice the rate of men. A recent study by The World Health Organization confirms that these common health disorders constitute a serious public health problem. Unipolar depression, predicted to be the second-leading cause of global disability burden by 2020, is twice as common in women.
