MONTH ONE FOCUS: BUILD YOUR MASTER PLAN
WEEK ONE // YOUR MISSION - We'll start Track off with creating your mission statement. We'll dive into what you're creating, how you'll build it and why this is your mission.
WEEK TWO // MONEY TODAY AND TOMORROW - We’ll get the hard stuff out of the way first. We’ll assess how much tangible capital you have and how much you’ll need to kickoff this launch in the best way possible. From here, we’ll build a budget for pre-launch and how much you’ll need to maintain momentum post-launch.
WEEK THREE // CREATING YOUR WHY - What makes you important to the conversation? Foundership is so important in building your business, beyond the business itself. We’ll dive into your WHY and why you for them. You’ll create your first stages of brand messaging for your website, social media and newsletter.
WEEK FOUR // MILLIONAIRES HAVE MULTI-STREAMS - The fun part of making money begins when you can create multiple ways of creating income to diversify your income flow and maintain momentum without having to consistently dip into savings. Welcome financial models and projections. Once the hard stuff is done, the fun begins.

Claire Van Holland comes from an extensive corporate media background crunching numbers, building financial projections, budgets and analyses. She realized that she could provide more impact by using her left brain experience to help smaller business achieve financial autonomy through consistency & operational automation. She communicates in a straightforward & visual style that creatives can relate to and appreciate. Her creative endeavors include running furniture design business M.F.E.O. with her husband Aaron, dabbling in jewelry design and 15+ years of formal dance training.
MILLIONAIRES WITH MULTI-STREAMS, taught by Paco de Leon
Yes, your business needs to make money. More importantly is how you’ll make that money. Paco will walk you through how to make money through different revenue streams and keep your business afloat while you build, and sustainable when you’re ready to be a full-time CEO.
Paco is a musician who happens to be killer at finance. She has spent most of her career working with creatives who also do business. Her experience ranges from business consulting, business management, financial planning, wealth management and she even spent some time at a big, evil bank. Her experiences have lead her to found The Hell Yeah Group, a financial firm focused on inspiring creatives to be engaged with their personal and business finances and more importantly, to give them the tools and support to stop freaking out about it.

You’ll break down what you’ll be doing vs. what you may need help with post-launch and how to execute solo vs. team pre, during and post launch.
WEEK SIX // YOUR ADVANTAGE - We’ll create the cohesive messaging to separate you from your competitors and answer the question, what is your unique angle?
WEEK SEVEN // YOUR AUDIENCE - It’s important to understand who you’re trying to reach and what you want them to do. We’ll create your audience persona and an action plan to ensure they do exactly what you’re driving them to your website to do.
WEEK EIGHT // MARKETING FUNNELS + STRATEGY - You’ll build a clear, concise path to reach the audience you desire. You’ll flesh out where you’ll find them, how best to engage and get them back to your website to convert. This includes newsletter sign-up landing, social promotions, advertising + more.

Whether it’s a brand partner or a contract hire, you want to ensure you’ve protected everything from your content to product development, responsibilities, roles and commitments. Learn how to get protected through contract templates and how to read a contract with clarity.

He served as a lead litigation and transactions associate with a firm in Downtown Los Angeles before launching Framework Law Group PC. He is also a photographer, musician, and avid entrepreneur. You’ll learn how to ensure anything with your brand is built with prevention and protected.
Heidy Vaquerano is a Transactional Entertainment, New Media and Tech Attorney with over 14 years of experience representing a wide range of clients including actors, musicians, global merchandise companies, film and television producers, writers, production companies, independent record labels, mobile app creators and startups and consultants. She has strong track record of drafting and negotiating complex agreements in development, production and distribution of intellectual property.
Experienced professor at local universities creating curriculum that incorporates true passion for all aspects of the entertainment, tech and new media and its associated legal components. Heidy has lectured at various entertainment and tech industry events including, MIDEM in Cannes, France on behalf of the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers and Silicon Beach Fest for Digital LA, Techweek LA and Innovate LA.

WEEK NINE // ASSET READY - Get your website, social media and all external representations of your brand ready for launch. We’ll create a cohesive brand message for all external platforms to showcase and ensure everything “soup to nuts” is representing your brand from color to mission statement.
WEEK TEN // NEWSLETTER + SOCIAL STRATEGY - Launch is almost here and you’ll want to ensure your messaging is seamless across all platforms. You’ll build a newsletter strategy with email templates and social media strategy to push your MVP into the atmosphere.
WEEK ELEVEN // TWEAKS + PIVOTS - It’s time to test your MVP. You’ll launch within the Track community where you’ll receive team audits of the launch and address any pivots that may need to take place before launch. We’ll also create your post-launch strategy from here to ensure you maintain your presence in the space.
WEEK TWELVE // LAUNCH WEEK! - You’re ready to launch, and we can’t wait to engage with your final MVP. The best part about this week? You have an entire community here to support your launch, including the JIG+SAW community!
